Manager’s Hours are 08h00 to 17h00 Monday to Friday but availability varies.
Located on the 4th floor of Tower B between the two Guest Suites.
Guest Suites
Two Guest Suites are available for rent 365 days a year.
Guest Suite 1 has a washroom but no tub or shower. Guest Suite 2 has a full bathroom with a tub/shower.

Parkade
There is a single parkade that serves both towers. The entrance is located at the base of Tower B and can be accessed from the back lane.
Visitor Parking
Brava has limited visitor parking available from 5PM to 9AM Monday to Friday and all day Saturday, Sunday, and Statutory Holidays.
To book a stall you must visit the Concierge Desk, before parking your guest’s vehicle, to obtain a parking permit. The Guest Vehicle you intend to park in the stall must already be at Brava. There are no In and Out privileges. Vehicles belonging to residents are not permitted to use visitor stalls. Use of visitor parking is limited to 4 permits per month.
Vehicles parking overnight from Sunday to Thursday nights must be removed by 9AM the next morning or risk being towed. Vehicles parked overnight on Friday and Saturday nights must be moved or have their parking passes renewed by 9 AM.
Pool
Open Daily from 06h00 to 23h00 from Spring to Fall. Closed during the colder months.
Hot Tub
Open Daily from 06h00 to 23h00
Please shower before using the Hot Tub.
Please don’t put soap, oil or bubble bath in the hot tub or apply body lotion before entering the hot tub. These products disrupt the chemical balance of the water which can lead to the closing of the hot tub so it can be drained and refilled. This process can take 1-3 days depending on the day of the week.
Steam Room
Open Daily from 06h00 to 23h00
Please be careful to close the door when you leave to keep steam from escaping into the hallway. Excessive steam will damage walls and the ceiling.
Sauna

This room contains a large, flat screen TV and an audio system. The TV does NOT have a cable package. You’ll need to bring your own media player or DVD. See or call the Concierge to gain access to the equipment.
